This finely made workman’s coat carries a gentle sturdiness inspired by our two founders’ grandparents and great-grandparent’s. From owning a hardware store in Cuba, to being a migrant worker from Mexico, this Chore Coat is reminiscent of a history in earning your keep.
This Chore Coat is made in Guatemala from entirely upcycled cotton and specially designed to become a generational heirloom. Keeping your mind focused with the lending hand of it’s three pockets: they get it, you need a trustworthy place to put your goods and equipment.
The first time you put this chore coat on, there really is no breaking it in—just a welcoming back of sorts.

The coat is amazing! My husband looks great in it!! Great quality! Really love it! Fits true to size.
This chore coat is my new favorite item for the fall and winter months, and I'm sure I'll use it well into the spring. The quality is top notch and fit was absolutely perfect. I'm 5'10, 170lbs and the medium feels like it was tailored specifically for me. I've only worn it a few times and every time I've gotten random compliment or two from strangers. Can't wait to try some of their other gear, I think the sweatshirts are next on my list.
I love the style. I was on the fence between ordering M or L. Ordered L and it fits me really, really well. I would call this an "athletic large" or perhaps say it runs a bit on the smaller side. I wear the jacket at home instead of a sweater and am really impressed with the craftsmanship and quality.
I pre ordered the chore coat for my husband as I know all Pedro & Tailor items are so carefully thought out and well constructed. He has been wearing it non stop since it arrived!
This jacket is incredible. The fabric is both really durable and heavy, but also soft and doesn’t scratch. The jacket is more of a slim cut, but it’s made in a way that you can button up and wear more like a heavy over shirt or wear a bit more laid back. Not sure what you did to make this come together, but I think this is my new staple. Probalby the best chore coat I’ve ever bought.
